Presentation of the book: “The control of the formal accusation.” at the Higher School of Law of the U.A.G.R.M.

This Friday, July 7, 2023, the book “Control of the formal accusation” was presented at the Higher School of Law of the Postgraduate Unit of the Faculty of Legal, Political and Social Sciences of the U.A.G.R.M., event in which, the MSC. Sergio Diaz Gutiérrez, in addition to presenting the book, was recognized by the Director of the Postgraduate Unit, Abg. Marcos Sánchez and by the Dean of the Faculty of Sciences, Legal, Political and Social, Abg. Alfonso Coca Echeverría, for the contribution he represents to criminal procedural law.
