“DÍAZ ABOGADOS ESTUDIO JURÍDICO” is a law firm, made up of a team of professional lawyers, specialized in different areas of law; whose main objective is to provide comprehensive legal advisory services to companies and individuals in general; with special emphasis on the prevention of contingencies and/or judicial or administrative conflicts, through the permanent analysis and evaluation of the activities of its clients, who require it and which is part of the advisory service it provides.

Likewise, the comprehensive legal advice services that “DÍAZ ABOGADOS ESTUDIO JURÍDICO” provides include both the monitoring, support and technical legal guidance of the actions or activities that its clients carry out, as well as, where appropriate, the sponsorship and processing administrative procedures and processes; and judicial processes in criminal, civil, commercial, labor, administrative litigation, tax litigation and extraordinary appeals in constitutional matters.

Our history

“DÍAZ ABOGADOS ESTUDIO JURÍDICO” was born into institutional life in 2007, due to the decision and entrepreneurship of its founding partners Sergio Díaz Gutiérrez and Arturo Rodrigo Díaz Valdés; joining in 2012, its first associate Silvana Orieta Díaz Gutiérrez, with the common objective of providing its clients with comprehensive technical legal advice/, in different branches of law, with the help of professional lawyers, with different specialties; placing special focus on technical legal counseling, with the aim of avoiding conflicts and litigation in general for its clients.
